1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pl1947 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pl1947 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the pl1947 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on pl1947, you must register a single individual account. The following conditions apply to all pl1947 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active pl1947 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created by the same person or shared between individuals, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.

• Account ownership: pl1947 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits within it to any other person.

pl1947 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, pl1947 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation at any of the following stages:

• Upon registration or account activation;
• Before processing your first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits reach specified thresholds;
• At any time that pl1947 deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani players include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), or a valid Pakistani passport. pl1947 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership and proof of residential address.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the pl1947 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pl1947 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pl1947 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pl1947 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer credits may take up to one business day.
• pl1947 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. pl1947 may hold funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is identified.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity.

6. Withdrawals

pl1947 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly, subject to the conditions set out below. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment account registered in your name.

• Verification requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering requirements: Where a deposit has been matched by a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Processing times: pl1947 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

If a withdrawal is declined, pl1947 will notify you of the reason and, where possible, provide guidance on how to resolve the issue. Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting pl1947 support constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pl1947 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on pl1947 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and all other titles — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by pl1947's game providers are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on pl1947:

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during an active game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. pl1947's decision in such matters is final.

• Players must not exploit software bugs or errors. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent software defect are void and will be reversed.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The pl1947 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), baseball, football, UFC, and other markets. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on pl1947:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted once a confirmation reference is issued by the platform. Bets placed during system delays may be voided.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and the odds at the moment of confirmed acceptance are final.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules provide otherwise.

• Maximum payout: Sportsbook payouts are subject to maximum payout limits per event and per day, as specified in your account dashboard.
• Integrity: pl1947 monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing or insider information. Bets placed in suspicious circumstances may be voided pending investigation.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl1947 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or display errors in published odds;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other criminal activity;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward pl1947 staff or other players via live chat or any other channel.

11. Suspension & Termination

pl1947 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pl1947 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any void bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your pl1947 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and verified real-money balances will be returned to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl1947 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the pl1947 platform;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, even if pl1947 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any inaccuracies in information displayed on the platform arising from technical errors or data feed failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude pl1947's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The pl1947 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device is adequately protected.

13. Privacy & Data

pl1947 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Pakistani players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, pl1947 uses your personal data to:

• Administer your account and provide gaming services;
• Verify your identity and comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations;
• Process deposits and withdrawals through local payment providers;
• Detect and prevent fraud, collusion, and other prohibited conduct;

14. Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the pl1947 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pl1947's international gaming licence framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and pl1947, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and transaction queries are resolved within 48 hours via live chat.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided under pl1947's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pl1947 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
